Mission
Nearing the end of my active professional career, I finally listened to a recurring suggestion from friends and acquaintances, both Italian and foreign, and turned it into a concrete project. The idea is to merge two great passions into a single innovative space that brings together two of the most searched and followed topics on the web and social media: meteorology and cooking.
This is not yet another weather forecast website or recipe collection created by experts—or so-called experts, but a place where a variety of curiosities can be satisfied: curiosity about the world of meteorology, about the history and properties of foods, my personal assessment of the places where I happen to eat—hoping to discover innovative “dishes”—and nutritional suggestions not produced by me, but provided by expert and/or qualified professionals or drawn from research on industry websites and documents.
🍽️ What You Will Find in “Meteo Gourmet”
This will be a place of discovery and sharing, structured into two main sections:
- The World of Weather (Weather and Climate – Without Forecasts):
You will find information, curiosities, photos, and relevant articles on meteorology. There will be reflections and commentary on current topics, but we will avoid forecasts (you can find those anywhere).
- The Pleasure of Taste (Gourmet):
This section will feature a rich collection of recipes (my own and those of friends, including some chefs), nutritional tips, and curiosities about the world of food. I will also share personal reviews of restaurants, hotels, and the fascinating geographical locations I will visit during my travels throughout Italy and around the world.
There will also be other surprises in store, which I hope will take shape over time.
🌐 An Open and International Project
Thanks to the support of several enthusiastic international followers, the project will continue to evolve and naturally take on an international dimension. For this reason, I plan to translate key content into English as well. I hope this will become a truly “collaborative project” that other friends and enthusiasts will join.
